First Entrepreneurial Endeavor in 1985.

Created a separate entity within a family owned janitorial company focused on finding overlooked service opportunities and expand the existing customer base. Within 5 years my division doubled the gross revenue of a 30 year old company. 

Founded in 1989. 

My first company expanded the market for industrial floor coatings. By 1995, the company had procured major clients such as Harley Davidson and AO Smith. Sales were double the next largest provider in Southern Wisconsin within 5 years.

Trademarked in 1992.

Created private resins and aggregate for Industrial Flooring. The product line revolutionized the industrial flooring market. Capable of restoring industrial concrete flooring that needed replacement, the 1/8" aggregate resinous flooring restored the surface while making it slip resistant per OSHA regulations. 

Founded in 1995. 

A specialty concrete restoration company specifically designed for parking structure and plaza restoration. By 2016, CMR had $12 million in annual sales and became the largest "Wisconsin Owned" Restoration Company of its kind. CMR was the "class" of the industry turning down $12 million/yr in sales because of quality and completion concerns. Our reputation of Integrity and Principle demanded it! 

Founded in 2005. 

Company was formed to provide building inspections and identify OSHA violations within the facilities of our customers. We then procured services to remedy the issues prior to accidents and/or fines. 

Initial Principal Financial Advisor & Angel Investor in 2014

Healthcare Angel Investment Opportunity to transform methodology within supply and chain of custody. As an Angel Investor I am investing in people; three of my companies had done business with key players within the Healthcare Industry. I am investing both time and money to help prevent the greatest threat to All Americans.

Founded in 2015. 

Created a Florida real estate holding company for rental properties.  

Founded in 2016. 

This company was modeled after Concrete and Masonry Restoration in Wisconsin and was featured in Tampa "News Service for the C-suite". A specialty concrete restoration company specifically designed for parking structure restoration.

Our trademark slogan, "Finding New Dimensions In Time", brings effective and time efficient "Means and Methods" to businesses. As a "Start-Up" and Consulting Firm for Small Business; we focus more on creating efficient fundamentals of a business. We also provide the Business Resources and Coaching necessary to get you there such as preparing financials, accounting, tax preparation, and billing.

We are able to create a corporate-like "look and feel" to a small business with marketing and assist in employment services. Essentially, we are able to adapt and "scale" an existing business for growth and create quick "startups"; we become a partner. We specialize in getting your business up and running with all tools necessary to be successful and grow.
