My first company expanded the market for industrial floor coatings. By 1995, the company had procured major clients such as Harley Davidson and AO Smith. Sales were double the next largest provider in Southern Wisconsin within 5 years.
Trademarked in 1992.
Created private resins and aggregate for Industrial Flooring. The product line revolutionized the industrial flooring market. Capable of restoring industrial concrete flooring that needed replacement, the 1/8" aggregate resinous flooring restored the surface while making it slip resistant per OSHA regulations.
Founded in 1995.
A specialty concrete restoration company specifically designed for parking structure and plaza restoration. By 2016, CMR had $12 million in annual sales and became the largest "Wisconsin Owned" Restoration Company of its kind. CMR was the "class" of the industry turning down $12 million/yr in sales because of quality and completion concerns. Our reputation of Integrity and Principle demanded it!

Company was formed to provide building inspections and identify OSHA violations within the facilities of our customers. We then procured services to remedy the issues prior to accidents and/or fines.
